Who we are
Whose data this covers
What we hold
- Name and job title.
- Business email address and business telephone number, if published.
- The organisation you work for.
- Public information about that organisation’s acquisition requirements and developments.
- Our correspondence with you, including whether you asked us not to contact you.
We do not buy contact lists or guess email addresses.
Where it comes from
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests in relevant business-to-business marketing and responding to business enquiries (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We weigh those interests against your rights and reasonable expectations. We contact business addresses about matters relevant to the recipient’s role, at low volume and with an easy way to opt out.
We send unsolicited marketing email only to corporate subscribers, such as limited companies and LLPs. We do not send marketing email to sole traders or other individual subscribers without consent. A business-looking email address alone does not establish corporate-subscriber status. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives your information
- Google Workspace (Gmail): we use Google to send and store business email under its applicable data-processing terms.
- AI-assisted correspondence: our outreach workflow uses Anthropic’s Claude to help prepare replies. Where that assistance is used, relevant business contact details and correspondence may be provided to Anthropic. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a business enquiry.
We do not sell your data or share it with other marketers. Email recipients also receive the correspondence addressed to them.
Processing outside the UK
How long we keep it
- Prospect records with no reply: 24 months after our last contact.
- Correspondence with people we work with: for the relationship’s duration, plus six years.
- Our do-not-contact list: indefinitely, retaining only the minimum needed to honour your objection.
Your rights and complaints
You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, including without first contacting us. Its website is ico.org.uk and its published helpline is 0303 123 1113.
